At Juniper, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. If your new decor or furniture doesn't perfectly suit your space, we are here to help facilitate a seamless exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box over any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
